The design & construction of this bespoke & high spec property demanded Katlan’s ability to think outside the box, to forward plan, and to cast our nets wide at the procurement stage.
Over the course of the construction the clients became very good friends with Mark and remain in regular contact. They are thoroughly enjoying their new home that boasts a view of 30KM of the Wexford coastline, is ergonomic & efficient; contemporary & comfortable.
The property which involved demolition & new construction was completed within the programme schedule & on target with the client’s budget.
It has been a pleasure & a privilege to work on this amazing property. Katlan are immensely proud of our extensive role in this project.
