1994 – 1999 – Quantity Surveying / Head Buyer a reputable & successful Irish & Multinational Residential Developers.
1999 – 2004 – Quantity Surveying / Contract Management for Residential/Commercial Developer in the Leinster Area.
2004 – present – Establishment of Irish Construction Cost Consultancy Practise which is still running successfully and includes completion of below projects :
2016 – 2017 – Source & Contract Management of Large housing scheme at Maynooth , Co Kildare.
2009 – present – Set up of UK Construction Consultancy Practise.. Including completion of below projects.
2009 -2011 – Source & Construction of 14 Apartments at 81 Park Lane , London.
2012- 2014 – Source & Construction of 22 Apartments at 107 Tulse Hill , London.
2014 – 2015 – Source & Construction of 9 Apartments at 3 Josephine Avenue , London.
2015 – 2016 – Source & Construction of 6 Apartments at 21 Clarence Avenue , Clapham , London.
